Strengths
• 3 playable characters that all work well in certain situations
• Changing Pokemon grants invinsibility and allows you to escape combos
• Huge variation in moves and playstyles
• All Pokemon have kill throws
• When combined, PT's Pokemon are very useful for both edgeguarding and recovering to the stage

• Moveset contains many good combo starters
• Small hurtbox makes it hard to hit him
• Multiple jumps and powerful recovery allow him to recover easily
• Great at edgeguarding
• Very good at recovering from disadvantage (Down B is useful for this)
• High air speed
Weaknesses
• Learning all 3 characters and associated matchups has a high skill curve
• Ivysuar and Charizard have poor disadvantage
• Cooldown on down B sometimes makes it hard to switch when needed

• Struggles to take stocks when combos don't land
• Poor range despite having a sword
• Can struggle against characters with projectiles
